B · Product projects
Scoped together, priced up front

Make a product or remake one with the same two people from sketch to ship.

B1 · MVP build

Let’s build the first version.

From napkin sketch to a working product people can use. The scope stays on the smallest thing that proves the idea, and real users see it in weeks.

Most builds $2k to $5k+Milestone payments
How we build it
01
Turn the idea into a buildable scope

Find the core loop, define what proves the idea, cut what can wait.

02
Design the core flow before code

High-fidelity UI and a component system, so engineering has a clear target.

03
Build the working product

Frontend, backend, integrations, deployment. A codebase you own.

04
Ship and stay for the launch

We fix launch issues and help read the early feedback.

From the first sketch · Exo AI

Exo AI came to us with a savings platform idea and a UI-less prototype. We designed and built their first MVP, a web app real users could sign up for and use. It became the base for their later web and mobile apps.

B2 · Brand + product design

A brand and interface from the same hand.

For products that work but look DIY, or where every new screen makes the UI less consistent. We design the identity and the product together, so they read as one thing.

Recognition. Positioning, voice, and guidelines your team can follow.
Flows. Research, wireframes, and prototypes tested before you build.
System. Tokens, components, and docs any dev team can build from.
Pages. Landing pages that explain the product to the people you want.
B3 · Product audit

Find what’s getting in the way.

A close look at the experience and the code underneath it, with root causes named and fixes ranked by impact and effort. If you want, we ship the critical ones too.

Most audits $500 to $2k+Delivered in 3 to 7 days

B4 · Redesign + rebuild

Rework what you’ve outgrown.

When simple features take weeks and every fix brings two new bugs. We redesign and rebuild in stages, on a foundation your team can keep building on, without pulling the rug from live users.

02 RedesignCorrect the flows under one design system

How every project starts
1
You tell us where you are

A short form. Two minutes.

2
We scope it with you

What to build, what to skip, what it costs.

3
You get a plan and a date

Deliverables, milestones, a real deadline.

4
We start

Once scope and responsibilities are clear.

Tell us where you are.

A half-formed idea is a fine place to start. You’ll hear back from Andy or Michael with how we’d approach it.
